Facebook currently has a global issue affecting certain account functions, including:
Delayed password change capability
Old email or phone number removal
The waiting period to change a Facebook password may take 10–25 days (or longer) due to Facebook’s enhanced security system.
This is a Facebook-side restriction and not an issue with FBVault accounts.
Recommended Steps After Purchase:
Change your email password and recovery email first.
Log out of all old devices.
Change your Facebook password after the waiting period.

We do not offer refunds or returns for accounts affected by this Facebook security delay.

We offer refunds to your FBVault account balance only under the following verified conditions:
✅ Eligible for Refund or Exchange
Checkpoint Issues:
Phone checkpoint, ID verification checkpoint, device checkpoint, or checkpoint 282 before purchase.
Incorrect Credentials:
Provided password or email password is invalid on first login.
(Valid within 10 minutes of purchase.)
📸 Important:
When creating a refund or warranty ticket, you must upload a clear screenshot of the issue for verification.
Tickets submitted without screenshots will not be processed.
